Your
Certification program begins with
a live 3-day Leadership
Accelerator, a high-impact
training program that gives you a
fundamental understanding of the
difference between new-paradigm
and old-paradigm leadership. You
will learn why the new paradigm is
faster, more effective and
applicable to all leadership
situations. The foundation of the
program is the "Sixteen Dynamics
of Leadership" and a proven model
of human behavior that will allow
you to recruit, hire and retain
the very best talent. You will
solve your most pressing
leadership challenges, improve
performance and team results...
Once you complete
the 3-day "live" experience, your
next phase involves 8 weeks of
group implementation sessions
(typically 3 hours on the weekend
or a weekday evening) to apply
what you have learned in the
Accelerator.
The final phase
involves ten hours of one-on-one
Optima Executive Coaching to
integrate the first two phases
into a long term personal
leadership plan. This can be
delivered concurrently with phase
two.
